(November 21, 2021) – OPEN MINDS has announced Indira Paharia, PsyD, MBA, MS, Chief Operating Officer, Behavioral Health, Centene Corporation and Eric Bailly, LPC, LADC Business Solutions Director, Behavioral Health Clinical Strategy, Anthem Inc. have been invited to keynote The 2022 OPEN MINDS Performance Management Institute. Following Ms. Oss, Dr. Indira Paharia, Chief Operating Officer, Behavioral Health, Centene Corporation (invited), will present her keynote address, “Improving Access & Collaboration For Complex Consumer Needs: Centene’s Approach To Integrated Care.” Dr. Paharia is a licensed clinical psychologist with over 20 years of specialized experience in behavioral health managed care and behavioral/physical health integration. She has held senior executive and board positions with provider organizations and Fortune 500 companies. Prior to joining Centene, she served as Chief Practice and Performance Officer for one of the largest and oldest health and human services organizations in the country. Previously, she was the National Vice President of Clinical Programs for a Fortune 500 Medicaid Managed Care company, where she led integrated care management for all Medicaid and Medicare members.
On Wednesday, February 16, Keynote speaker, Eric Bailly, LPC, LADC business solutions director, behavioral health clinical strategy, Anthem, Inc. (invited) will delve into the ever-evolving relationship between payers and providers through a substance use lens and offer innovative areas of opportunity utilizing shared data and recent real-life examples of implementation in his session, “You Can’t Have One Without The Other: Making Health Plan Data Analytics Work For Provider Organizations.” Eric Bailly is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the states of ND and CO and is a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor in the state of MN. Before joining Anthem, Mr. Bailly worked as a behavioral health clinician in several settings including Outpatient Substance Use Disorder treatment services at both Kaiser Permanente and the Jefferson County Department of Health and Environment, both in the Denver, CO metro area.
