Innovating For Sustainability–OPEN MINDS Announces October 22 Executive Web Forum

GETTYSBURG, Pa. (October 18, 2020) – On October 22 at 1:00 pm EDT, OPEN MINDS will host the executive web forum, Innovating For Sustainability – Best Practice For Finding & Launching New Services Lines, for executives of health and human service organizations. Led by OPEN MINDS Senior Associate Ray Wolfe, J.D., the  web forum will explore redesigning health and social services with innovation and strategy in the new era.

“Innovation is no longer a luxury, it is a strategic survival skill,” said OPEN MINDS Chief Executive Officer Monica E. Oss. “There are two ways of thinking when it comes to innovation; taking something you already do and improving it or starting from scratch and making leaps. Done correctly with a strong strategic plan and a process to support ongoing improvements, innovation will be the key to success.”

Executive attendees will learn:

  • Consumer-focused design thinking
  • Constant design iteration

The October 22 executive web forum—exclusive to Elite members of the OPEN MINDS Circle—is offered as part of a weekly series designed to help executive teams navigate the business, organizational, operational, and culture changes of a market in turbulence during (and after) the COVID-19 crisis. Each 60-minute briefing outlines a field-tested approach for recovering from the crisis and developing a plan for organizational sustainability. OPEN MINDS experts are on the line to answer questions and provide follow up private Quick Consults for members.
