RWJBarnabas Health’s DeAnna Minus-Vincent Keynote – “Making Social Service Supports More Than A Referral” – To Open The June 2021 OPEN MINDS Strategy & Innovation Institute
GETTYSBURG, Pa. (March 28, 2021) – OPEN MINDS announces Deanna Minus-Vincent From RWJBarnabas Health will be a keynote speaker at The 2021 OPEN MINDS Strategy & Innovation Institute, a virtual event from June 14-16, 2021. The institute will offer on-site activities including an executive seminar and a networking reception at the Hilton New Orleans Riverside in New Orleans, Louisiana on June 15, 2021. The opening keynote address is entitled “Making Social Service Supports More Than A Referral” from Ms. Minus-Vincent, senior vice president, chief social integration and health equity strategist at RWJBarnabas Health. In her keynote, Ms. Minus-Vincent will share details of the comprehensive program Health Beyond the Hospital (HBH), the barriers HBH is seeking to break down, and how RWJBarnabas Health plans to scale up the program.
Ms. Minus-Vincent has an impressive background in social services supports and will bring a relevant perspective to the institute. In her role at RWJBarnabas Health, she leads the system’s “Ending Racism, Together” campaign. She is responsible for developing, instituting, and monitoring an anti-racist strategy to ensure all RWJBarnabas Health consumers and employees are afforded an equitable environment free from discriminatory practices.
