Working as a Data Scientist at Monarch since 2019, Scott Budzien’s primary role is to transform data into practical and purpose-driven information to maximize positive care delivery outcomes. Prior to his role at Monarch, Scott was a mathematics educator in secondary and post-secondary settings with an interest in actuarial science. Scott attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he earned a degree in mathematics and education. Scott is currently pursuing an MS in analytics and lives in Southeastern Wisconsin with his wife and two children.

Adam Falk is the CIO for Options Counseling and Family Services of Oregon. Options has been using CareLogic for over 10 years. Adam has been providing reports for the agency with everything from staff productivity to client outcomes, using excel formatted output. As technology has progressed, the migration toward more of a BI environment has been an adventure with many lessons learned.

As the Senior Product Manager, Analytics, at Qualifacts + Credible, Christy Winter is responsible for all clinical features and outcomes capabilities within the CareLogic and Credible Behavioral Health EHR platform. In addition, Christy is also responsible for working with the product team to ensure CareLogic and Credible Behavioral Health EHR integrate healthcare reform compliance and outcomes so customers have access to useful data in order to improve decision-making, enhance performance, and target areas for improvement. Prior to joining Qualifacts, Christy held a variety of clinical leadership roles – most recently she serviced as the Director of CQI and Practice-Based Research at Families First, a children and family services nonprofit organization.
