New Strategy Development Experts Join OPEN MINDS Rapidly Expanding Team

Gettysburg, Pa. (May 1, 2016) — OPEN MINDS, a national strategic advisory and management consulting firm, announced the addition of two new Senior Associates to their rapidly growing team. Shannon Freedle and Grady Wilkinson, MSW each bring more than 30 years of experience in the health and human service industry, with extensive work in strategy development. The new associates will help the OPEN MINDS team meet the demands of their rapidly growing client list.

Shannon Freedle has more than thirty years of experience in the health and human service field, including twenty years in executive management of organizations with behavioral health services. He brings hands-on executive experience to OPEN MINDS’ clients in mission-critical areas of strategic planning, business development, service line development, and management of mergers and acquisitions. Prior to joining OPEN MINDS, Mr. Freedle served as Chief Executive Officer of TeamBuilders Counseling Services, a non-profit behavioral health agency that he founded, serving twenty-four counties across New Mexico. In that role, Mr. Freedle had a wide range of executive responsibilities including fiscal and administrative management; program and policy development and administration; proposal and grant writing; and collaboration on local, state and national levels.

Grady Wilkinson, MSW brings more than 35 years of experience serving community-based behavioral health systems to the OPEN MINDS team. Mr. Wilkinson is well known for leading struggling corporations to stabilization and success, becoming innovative, dynamic providers of high-quality, consumer-focused services. He currently serves in a part-time position as Director, Strategic Initiatives at Sacred Heart Rehabilitation Center, where he is helping to enhance continuity of leadership, provide assistance in developing and pursuing strategic initiatives, assisting in the development of new service lines and service sites and providing consultation for the current Chief Executive Officer. In his previous role as Chief Executive Officer at Sacred Heart Rehabilitation Center, Mr. Wilkinson developed and implemented an aggressive strategic plan to stabilize corporate finances, re-engineer business practices, improve client care methods and increase internal and external accountability. He is also credited with leading the corporation to a higher level of visibility in advocacy at local, state and national levels.
