OPEN MINDS & Alera Health Extend Strategic Partnership: Expanding Clinical Integrated Networks Nationally
Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. August 8, 2026—OPEN MINDS and Alera Health announced today that they have extended their strategic partnership through the remainder of 2026 to support the continued expansion of clinically integrated ONEcare Networks nationally. ONEcare Networks advance behavioral health care by improving care coordination, expanding access to data, and supporting improved clinical outcomes through integrated care models. Providers participating in a ONEcare Network have the opportunity to participate in value-based care agreements designed to improve behavioral health outcomes.
Alera currently operates ONEcare networks in North Carolina, Arizona, Ohio, and Georgia, with provider organizations forming networks in Indiana and Florida. The organization plans to expand into additional markets over the next few years. Through participation in a ONEcare Network, provider organizations benefit from shared data, stronger care integration, and value-based reimbursement opportunities.
As part of the extended partnership, Alera Health will share insights during its Knowledge Partner session at The 2026 OPEN MINDS Executive Leadership Retreat in September 2026 in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania. The session will draw on the organization’s experience supporting ONEcare Networks across the U.S., where participating provider organizations share data and best practices nationally. Today, more than 100 provider organizations and 25,000 behavioral and medical clinicians participate in ONEcare Networks, supporting more than 4 million health care consumers, including approximately 450,000 individuals with serious mental illness. Most recently, Alera launched a pediatric ONEcare Network in North Carolina.
