When Every Minute Matters: Getting the Right Clinical Signal Into the Right Hands is starting in

OPEN MINDS & Alera Health To Host Webinar On Using Real-Time Clinical Data To Improve Care Management Performance

Gettysburg, PA (April 18, 2026) — OPEN MINDS, in partnership with Alera Health, will host a webinar, When Every Minute Matters: Getting The Right Clinical Signal Into The Right Hands, on April 29th, 2026 at 1:00 PM ET, focused on how provider organizations can use real-time clinical data and coordinated care management to improve outcomes and reduce avoidable utilization.

As provider organizations take on greater responsibility for managing complex populations, the ability to identify and respond to critical clinical events in real time has become a key performance driver. Care managers play a central role in this process, but their effectiveness depends on timely, actionable information and clear workflows for intervention.

This session will examine how Alera Health’s ONEcare clinically integrated networks are using real-time data, analytics, and coordinated workflows to support care management teams. Through real-world examples, speakers will discuss how providers can identify high-risk events, improve response times, and strengthen care coordination across settings.

The webinar will feature Patrice Clayton, Ph.D. Candidate, Vice President of Network Operations at Alera Health, and Drew Shuping, Senior Vice President of Data Analytics & Security, who will share practical insights into how clinically integrated networks can support quality improvement, provider collaboration, and performance in value-based environments.

The shift to value-based care requires more than data access—it requires the ability to act on that information in real time,” said Monica E. Oss, Chief Executive Officer of OPEN MINDS. “This session will highlight how organizations are building the infrastructure and workflows needed to translate data into timely interventions and better outcomes.”

Alera Health is expanding its ONEcare clinically integrated networks across multiple states, including participation in initiatives such as the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) demonstration. These networks are designed to support provider organizations with the data, care coordination infrastructure, and performance management tools needed for value-based care.

ONEcare networks currently connect more than 100 provider organizations and 25,000 clinicians serving approximately four million consumers, including individuals with complex behavioral health needs. Reported outcomes include reductions in inpatient utilization and overall medical expenditures.
