OPEN MINDS Announces 2027 Performance Management Institute Focused On Turning Performance Data Into Growth Strategy

GETTYSBURG, PA. (September 5, 2026)OPEN MINDS announced The 2027 OPEN MINDS Performance Management Institute will take place February 16 to 18, 2027, at the Sheraton Sand Key Resort in Clearwater Beach, Florida. Performance Management Institute will take place February 16 to 18, 2027, at the Sheraton Sand Key Resort in Clearwater Beach, Florida.

The Institute brings together more than 30 experienced executives and leaders of health and human service organizations serving consumers with complex needs to translate performance data, technology investments, and management strategy into action. The 2027 program centers on one critical question: How can organizations use performance data to identify opportunities for growth without outrunning their financial strength? “Over the past decade, the field’s performance work went into proving value to health plans, and the organizations that did it well now find that the same data tells them where they can afford to grow,” said OPEN MINDS Chief Executive Officer Monica E. Oss. “The Institute gives executives a framework for making that call: which service lines, which markets, and which investments their numbers will support.”

The 2027 program will focus on responding to rate cuts while protecting margins, strengthening payer-provider relationships, generating measurable returns from technology investments, and turning strategic plans into operational results.

Patrick Maynard, Ph.D., President & Chief Executive Officer of Boundless, will deliver a keynote on the organization’s recent affiliation with Merakey USA, creating a combined organization with more than $1 billion in annual revenue and the capacity to serve 50,000 consumers annually across 12 states.
