Kent Dunlap, President & Chief Executive Officer, Stars Behavioral Health Group (SBHG)
Kent Dunlap, MPH, has over 40 years of experience in health care management. His early career was in general hospital administration before operating several psychiatric hospitals in Southern California. After serving in leadership positions with three national behavioral health care companies, he joined Stars Behavioral Health Group (SBHG) in 1996. He has served as SBHG’s president and chief executive officer for the past eight years, after many years as its chief operating officer (COO). In addition, for 17 years, Mr. Dunlap simultaneously served as Executive Director of Star View Children and Family Services, a non-profit organization affiliated with SBHG.
