OPEN MINDS Announces Executive Roundtable Detailing Executive Framework For Navigating The 2025 Market Trends

Gettysburg, Pa. (May 27, 2025) On May 29, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. ET, OPEN MINDS Chief Executive Officer Monica E. Oss, Executive Vice President of Consulting, Michael Allen, and Vice President of Clinical Excellence and Leadership, Stuart Buttlaire, Ph.D., will present an executive leadership framework for leading and managing in a time of market disorder during the OPEN MINDS Circle Executive Roundtable, Successfully Managing Through Chaos: Perspectives For Health & Human Service Executives. Part 2: An Executive Framework For Leadership & Management.

In management, chaos is a period characterized by the unknown, the uncertain, and the uncontrolled. Understanding how to forge clear processes and procedures and reset market assumptions will help executives adapt to changing federal policy, new technological developments, and shifting competition. This session provides your leadership team with an executive framework for navigating through uncertainty to strategic and organizational success.

“Executive teams need to prepare for success both during and after a turbulent market,” said Monica E. Oss. “This means having a great strategic plan with multiple scenarios and the ability to pivot between scenarios if the market shifts. It also means combining up-to-date executive team competencies with a modified and flexible approach to management.”

The speakers will provide a lively presentation and discussion about:

  • Enhancement of cash position and financial strength
  • An aggressive growth strategy
  • Resetting strategic vision
  • A framework for success in a time of uncertainty

There will be an opportunity for Q&A. All participants will receive a market intelligence briefing package from the OPEN MINDS team.

To register for the 1:00 p.m. ET, May 29 event, visit Successfully Managing Through Chaos: Perspectives For Health & Human Service Executives. Part 2: An Executive Framework For Leadership & Management. There is no cost to register, but a free membership in the OPEN MINDS Circle is required.
