OPEN MINDS Announces Executive Roundtable On Achieving Strategy With Revenue Cycle Management

Gettysburg, Pa. (May 18, 2025) On May 22, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. ET, OPEN MINDS Senior Associates Sharon Hicks and Raymond Wolfe, J.D., will discuss how to make revenue cycle management (RCM) operational success a critical component of an organization’s sustainability strategy during the OPEN MINDS Executive Roundtable, Re-Engineering Revenue Cycle Management To Drive Strategy.

“Chief Financial Officers simply must know if their RCM function is working at the performance level necessary for the financial sustainability plan laid out in an organization’s strategic plan,” said OPEN MINDS Chief Executive Officer Monica E. Oss. “This is done by monitoring and measuring quantifiable RCM performance measures through key performance metrics. The reward for that will be operational efficiency, financial stability, and revenue optimization.”

Finance departments must work closely with an organization’s leadership to ensure that financial strategies and RCM practices are aligned to support overall business objectives. Ultimately, great RCM should be a defining value component that helps leaders make strategic decisions.

Executive attendees of this session will learn:

  • RCM success as a strategy toward operational decision-making
  • Metrics used for analyzing and managing RCM
  • Program profitability assessments
