Gettysburg, PA (October 30, 2022) — OPEN MINDS bolsters its marketing services firm with three new team members bringing expertise in marketing strategy, campaign optimization, customer success, digital marketing, product marketing, and more. Emily Del Vecchio joins as Executive Vice President Of Partnerships, Daniel Marama joins as a Senior Associate, and Stacy Bowles joins as a Senior Consultant.

Emily Del Vecchio brings over 14 years of experience in strategic, customer-focused, and results-driven marketing in retail and health care. Her areas of expertise include marketing strategy, campaign optimization, market research, and project management. Previously, Ms. Del Vecchio was the Marketing and Communications Manager II for Cleveland Clinic, managing international marketing. She was instrumental in standing up the marketing and communications function for Cleveland Clinic’s latest location, London. Ms. Del Vecchio also served as a member of a cross-departmental “Digital Optimization Team” that was responsible for strategic oversight of all digital lead generation campaigns, implementing reporting, and building test strategies that were rolled out to scalable programs.

As Executive Vice President Of Partnerships, Ms. Del Vecchio oversees all OPEN MINDS partner and sponsor accounts. Customer satisfaction is paramount at OPEN MINDS, and Ms. Del Vecchio will play a critical role in delivering successful management and execution of partnership engagements, ensuring partner and sponsors’ expectations are met.

Daniel Marama brings 12 years of experience in digital marketing and social media; product marketing; customer success, retention, and growth; and project management. Previously, Mr. Marama was the Chief Executive Officer of Marama Marketing. While running his agency he assisted banks and credit unions in finding, converting, and keeping customers with digital paid advertising. Despite the current market forces, he was able to develop a digital footprint methodology that generated a record lending month of $265 million and 2,000 net new members per month.

As an OPEN MINDS Senior Associate, Mr. Marama is supporting OPEN MINDS Executive Education series with social media and other digital promotions as he builds his practice within the marketing services firm. “I am excited to join the other 200+ OPEN MINDS associates in serving our valued payers and provider organization we have the privilege of working with,” said Mr. Marama.

Stacy Bowles brings a strong background in technical project management and over 20 years of communications experience to the OPEN MINDS team. Ms. Bowles’ areas of expertise also include strategic content development and user experience; eLearning activities and learning-centered content; and creative direction and graphic design. Prior to joining OPEN MINDS, Ms. Bowles was a Senior Content Development Analyst at Sodexo where she managed new sales and retention bids for Fortune 500 clients that ranged in value from $2M to over $100M. Throughout her career, Ms. Bowles has worked with organizations such as the National Institutes of Health, the American Board of Pediatrics, Career Communications Group, and NASA to develop highly-immersive, digital learning experiences.

As an OPEN MINDS Senior Consultant, Ms. Bowles supports provider and partner projects through market research, content analysis, and project management.
