GETTYSBURG, PA (December 1, 2019) — OPEN MINDS and Qualifacts have formed an exclusive partnership with the Community Behavioral Health Association of Illinois to develop and present a behavioral health executive leadership development session for leaders attending their 47th Annual Conference in Schaumburg, Illinois, December 9-10, 2019.
The OPEN MINDS executive programs, brought to you by Qualifacts, creators of CareLogic EHR, are designed to help behavioral health providers understand and gain the organizational competencies required to prepare for managed care’s transition to value-based reimbursements.
Executives attending the Community Behavioral Health Association of Illinois 47th Annual Conference will learn the organizational, financial, leadership, and technical competencies needed to successfully operate in managed care.
“The Illinois landscape of mental health services is subject to new regulatory requirements and value-based reimbursement. Leaders must consider how they usher their organizations through change to meet the demands and thrive in the new environment,” said OPEN MINDS Chief Executive Officer Monica E. Mr. Hoover previously served as the Chief Executive Officer for Kings View Corporation, responsible for $14 million in revenue growth over the course of ten years.
