OPEN MINDS Selects Ten Market-Ready Innovators for 2026 Investment Pitch Day, Sponsored By Vista Care
Gettysburg, PA (May 2026)—OPEN MINDS announced the ten organizations selected to present at the third annual OPEN MINDS Pitch Day, sponsored by Vista Care, taking place June 10, 2026, as part of the second day of OPEN MINDS’ Strategy & Innovation Institute in New Orleans, Louisiana.
As OPEN MINDS’ annual entrepreneurial showcase, Pitch Day is where emerging health and human services organizations present market-ready innovations to a panel of industry judges and investors. The event provides finalists with a platform to gain visibility, attract investment, and compete for a prize package valued at over $40,000.
The final organizations, selected from dozens of competitive applicants, represent a range of solutions across behavioral health, addiction and substance use disorder, intellectual and developmental disabilities, and technology-enabled care delivery, reflecting key areas of innovation in the market.
The ten presenters include:
Era Supports — A digital whole-person care platform for individuals with substance use disorder. Designed to complement primary care, it combines virtual and in-person care teams with a patient-facing app to support management of medical conditions, psychiatric comorbidities, recovery needs, and health-related social needs.
Hello It’s Me® — A platform and coaching program for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, their caregivers, and families, focused on building social-emotional skills, communication, emotional regulation, and employment readiness.
Mindsigns Health — An AI-powered platform that unifies neurology and psychiatry into an integrated clinical view, enabling providers to remotely monitor and assess neuropsychiatric conditions through EEG analysis, voice data, and cognitive biomarkers.
Mira by Psyrin — An AI-enabled clinical assistant that streamlines intake, structured psychiatric interviews, and documentation prior to appointments, allowing clinicians to focus more time on care and increasing capacity for serious mental illness treatment.
OpiAID — An AI-driven recovery intelligence platform that integrates biometric and EHR data to detect withdrawal symptoms and substance use patterns in real time, delivering insights that improve retention, personalize care, and support revenue optimization.
Secured Health — An AI-powered primary care platform that connects underserved individuals with culturally and linguistically competent community health workers to close care gaps, support Medicaid enrollment, complete health risk assessments, and address social determinants of health.
Toko — A platform that matches individuals facing similar challenges and uses an AI-based psychological agent to guide shared therapeutic experiences and deliver evidence-based interventions during guided video sessions.
TownHome Health — A tech-enabled urgent care provider offering a residential alternative to emergency departments for non-acute psychiatric and stress-related crises through a hybrid care model.
TruCare Provider Services — A disability services organization built on a technology-first framework, delivering remote support monitoring, assistive technology, and community-based programs to promote independence and quality of life for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
Project VOISS — A research-backed extended reality platform that enables students aged 8–18, particularly those with autism and learning disabilities, to learn and practice more than 150 real-world social skills through immersive scenarios, with tools for educators to assess and reinforce progress.
Finalists were selected by a panel of industry experts based on their area of focus, impact metrics, business traction, team strength, and potential market impact.
A winning solution will be chosen during the event, based on the product that the judges feel is the most investible. The winner will receive an OPEN MINDS prize package valued at $40,000, including a press package, a 2026–2027 partnership package, and a speaking opportunity at a future OPEN MINDS institute, along with access to investors and decision-makers in the field.
