OPEN MINDS Adds David Waryznek & Dale Anderson To Expanding National Consulting Practice
GETTYSBURG, Pa. (July 8, 2018) — OPEN MINDS, a leading market intelligence and management consulting firm specializing in the health and human service industry markets serving complex consumers, continues the expansion of their national consulting practice with the additions of David Wawrzynek, MBA, and Dale Anderson.
David Waryznek, MBA, joins OPEN MINDS as a senior associate and subject matter expert. Mr. Waryznek brings more than forty years of public behavioral health, clinical, financial, and management experience to the OPEN MINDS team. Mr. Wawrzynek focuses on the development of analytic modeling tools, communication platforms, and knowledge management supports to transform raw data into meaningful information. Prior to joining OPEN MINDS, Mr. Wawrzynek served 18 years as the Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer at Spectrum Human Services, a private, non-profit community mental health organization in Western New York. In this role, Mr. Wawrzynek designed, implemented and monitored systems to support information technology, human resources, billing, budgeting, financial modeling and reporting, site operations, risk management, security, as well as, change management.
Dale Anderson earned a Master’s in Rehabilitation from McLaren School of Business, University of San Fransisco and brings over thirty years of experience in the I/DD industry, specifically focused in designing systems to transition service delivery from institutional to community-based care for complex consumers. Dale was a driving force in the creation of six integrated, art day programs to avail meaningful, creative art studios to the I/DD community. Dale joins our team as an OPEN MINDS Senior Associate. His extensive experience managing national I/DD systems provides a thorough understanding of current I/DD trends and innovation programming.
Prior to joining OPEN MINDS, Mr. Anderson served as an Executive Vice President of Resources For Human Development, a $260 million dollar Philadelphia-based national non-profit human service organization, operating 170 programs across 14 states. Demonstrating his business development and leadership skills, he was responsible for managing multi-state operations, and as well as serving on the organization’s corporate board. During his tenure at RHD, he was responsible for growing a $7 million Massachusetts office, to include residential and innovative day programs in offices in Connecticut, Rhode Island, Missouri, and Nebraska. Prior to RHD, Mr. Anderson served as the Division Director at the Fernald Developmental Center in Massachusetts. His strong operational skills, deep understanding of complex-serving consumer needs, and his experience in designing creative, person centered service systems, make an excellent addition to the OPEN MINDS Consulting Practice.
