Pinnacle Family Services Receives 2026 GRIT Award At ONEcare Symposium
HealthKeeperz and Monarch Care Management Recognized as Finalists for Excellence in Whole-Person Care

Established in memory of Jill Lineberger, former Senior Vice President of Alera Health, the GRIT Award recognizes organizations that exemplify Grit, Resilience, Innovation, and Tenacity in advancing whole-person care and improving outcomes within their communities.
This year’s award was presented to Pinnacle Family Services in recognition of its commitment to innovation, collaboration, and measurable impact across the populations it serves. Through a steadfast focus on quality improvement, integrated care, and community partnership, Pinnacle continues to demonstrate leadership in delivering meaningful change for individuals and families.
In addition to honoring the award recipient, Alera Health also recognized two outstanding finalists:

Both organizations were selected for their dedication to advancing whole-person care, improving access to services, fostering collaboration, and driving positive outcomes within their communities.
