Selling The Next Normal—How To Improve Consumer Engagement In Telehealth Services, An OPEN MINDS Circle Elite Executive Roundtable January 13, 2022
Gettysburg, Pa. (January 3, 2022) – On Thursday, January 13, 2022, at 1:00 pm ET, OPEN MINDS will host a Circle Elite Executive Roundtable, Selling The Next Normal—How To Improve Consumer Engagement In Telehealth Services. Directed to executives of health and human services organizations, Amanda Jernigan, LCSW, corporate director of outpatient services for Gaudenzia, and OPEN MINDS Senior Associate Erin Pressel will discuss how Gaudenzia has worked to engage their consumers in telehealth services.
“With an increase in the use of telehealth services from COVID, we are learning the overall benefits of incorporating a hybrid care model,” said OPEN MINDS Chief Executive Officer, Monica E. Oss. “However, as practitioners and payers have the data to support this, the consumer may not understand the value of incorporating telehealth for maintenance, support services, and more. Especially as the pandemic continues, providers can maintain a high level of consumer care while staying competitive helping their consumers take advantage of service offerings.”
By engaging consumers in telehealth services, Gaudenzia has been able to address multiple barriers impacting school and daycare access, providing consistency in service delivery. By offering hybrid groups, those attending intensive outpatient or outpatient groups can continue participation if impacted by quarantine, scheduling, or transportation issues. These services have been helpful for the adolescent population in helping them transition from a placement to home by allowing assessments to take place and services immediately scheduled, preventing wait time to transition home.
In the upcoming Circle Elite Executive Roundtable, executive attendees will learn through the Gaudenzia case study:
- The importance of educating today’s consumer on hybrid care models – what they are, how they are delivered, as well as the value in improved care and reduced costs for all
- What to communicate, when and how
- Where the content should live and how to help users find the information they need on your website, social media channels, and through search engine optimization.
