Javed was also one of the founders of Askesis Development Group Inc. At Askesis, Javed led the development of multiple software products for the behavioral healthcare market. Javed started his career working with consulting firms in the Chicago area. Javed has a Bachelor of Technology in Production Engineering and Management from the National Institute of Technology, India, and a Master of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the University of Florida.
Matt Chamberlain, EVP Sales & Marketing, Streamline Healthcare Solutions
Matt joins the Streamline Executive and Leadership team with 20+ years of sales, software development, consulting, and executive-level experience in the Behavioral Health and Human Services industry. Early in his career, Matt was a software developer in PowerBuilder with Unix/Oracle back-end for EDS and worked on large state MMIS systems. He joined Metrocare Services as their Solutions Architect, managing all software applications, including the EHR PsychConsult by Askesis. Matt worked at Askesis for just over nine years, where he would eventually be running the entire sales team. Matt spent some time at Open Minds as a consultant until he was brought on by Welligent, as their COO overseeing sales, customer support, customer success, and implementation. He left Welligent to start his own consulting business. Matt graduated from the University of North Texas with a degree in Information Systems.
Andy Pitman, U.S. Director of Health and Human Services, Microsoft
Andy Pitman is a director on Microsoft’s U.S. government solutions team, helping customers improve the efficiency and quality of their health and human service solutions. More specifically, Andy is responsible for Microsoft’s state and local government health and human services strategy and vertical solutions such as Medicaid and child welfare. In this role, Andy works with customers and partner companies to develop and implement innovations in areas such as case management, data analysis, cloud computing and devices. Previously at Microsoft, Andy led customer solutions for public safety, DMV, enterprise content management, digital archiving, voter registration and electronic identity. Prior to joining Microsoft in 2005, Andy spent almost 18 years at Accenture,where he served in a variety of roles, including leadership of Accenture’s U.S. government Microsoft solutions team. Andy holds an MBA from Tulane University and a BS degree from the University of Alabama.

Solome Tibebu is a behavioral health technology strategist passionate about health equity and access. Solome leads The Upswing Fund for Adolescent Mental Health, a collaborative fund seeded by Melinda Gates’ Pivotal Ventures and other private family offices. Solome is also the host of the Going Digital: Behavioral Health Tech summit. Prior to consulting various stakeholders on all things behavioral health technology, Solome worked in corporate development, venture capital, behavioral health EHR software, ran a mental health tech startup, founded AnxietyInTeens.org, and has been developing healthcare startup communities since 2012. Solome is an advisor or board director to several behavioral health companies and national nonprofits.
