The seminar will focus on how to design a successful marketing plan based on your organization’s strategic goals. OPEN MINDS’ Chief Marketing Officer, Timothy Snyder, Jr. and Vice President of Business Development, Emily Korns will present this seminar from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. PT.

Mr. Snyder and Ms. Korns will address the question, “How will executives develop a willing marketing plan in today’s changing market?” A winning marketing plan is a business necessity that every health and human service organization needs. However, creating a marketing plan can be a daunting task amidst the shifting environment. Mr. Synder and Ms. Korns will walk executives through the steps needed to design a successful marketing plan based on their organization’s strategic goals.

During this seminar, Mr. Snyder and Ms. Korns will discuss the key steps to building a successful marketing strategy and comprehensive plans and the essential components to developing a marketing budget, including revenue forecasting, expense budgets, and return on investment. They will also present case studies on successful marketing plan development and implementation.

Ms. Korns brings nearly 20 years of marketing and communications experience to OPEN MINDS. Prior to joining OPEN MINDS, Ms. Korns was the Director of Communications and Marketing for Conemaugh Health System in Johnstown, PA, part of Duke Lifepoint Healthcare, where she led marketing communications for the health system’s four hospitals, outpatient clinics, and 40+ physician practices. Prior to her role in health care, Ms. Korns also led marketing, communications and brand launch initiatives for two of the world’s leading food and beverage companies.
