GETTYSBURG, Pa. (May 23, 2021) – OPEN MINDS’ executive seminar, How To Develop A Successful Marketing Plan: The OPEN MINDS Seminar On Marketing Strategy, will take place in person on Thursday, August 26, 2021, at The 2021 OPEN MINDS Management Best Practices Institute. The seminar will focus on how to design a successful marketing plan based on your organization’s strategic goals. OPEN MINDS’ Chief Marketing Officer, Timothy Snyder, Jr. and Vice President of Business Development, Emily Korns will present this seminar from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m. PT.
Mr. Snyder and Ms. Korns will address the question, “How will executives develop a willing marketing plan in today’s changing market?” A winning marketing plan is a business necessity that every health and human service organization needs. However, creating a marketing plan can be a daunting task amidst the shifting environment. Mr. Synder and Ms. Korns will walk executives through the steps needed to design a successful marketing plan based on their organization’s strategic goals.
During this seminar, Mr. Snyder and Ms. Korns will discuss the key steps to building a successful marketing strategy and comprehensive plans and the essential components to developing a marketing budget, including revenue forecasting, expense budgets, and return on investment. They will also present case studies on successful marketing plan development and implementation.
“The health and human services space is especially dynamic and competitive right now, and it is definitely not the time to ignore marketing,” says Mr. Snyder. “This seminar is designed to help executives really think about their stakeholders and consumers in the context of a business strategy, and then develop tailored marketing objectives that directly align resources against that strategy, something we find isn’t happening in many provider organizations. Whether you already have a marketing playbook, or you are starting from scratch, you’ll find this session is valuable, and immediately actionable.”
Mr. Snyder brings a unique combination of marketing, business development, and online media expertise to OPEN MINDS. Since joining our team in 2008, Mr. Snyder has led dozens of strategic marketing and sales-focused projects, including comprehensive product launch initiatives, corporate re-branding/positioning projects, and website/online marketing programs for some of the largest and most influential pharmaceutical and technology organizations in the health and human service field.
