(August 22, 2021)—OPEN MINDS has announced that Todd Rudsenske, Partner, Webster Equity Partners, and Jeremy Gelber, M.D., Senior Managing Director, Centerbridge, will lead a plenary panel keynote at The OPEN MINDS Mergers, Acquisitions & Affiliations Summit: Best Practices For Non-Profit Health & Human Organizations—A Centerstone & OPEN MINDS Collaboration, in-person on September 20, 2021, from 8:00 a.m.—4:30 p.m. ET in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.

Mr. Rudsenske and Dr. Gelber’s plenary panel keynote, The Future of Private Equity Investments In The Health & Human Service Space, will begin at 9:15 a.m. ET. They’ll be joined by Joseph Naughton-Travers, Ed.M., Senior Associate, OPEN MINDS as they discuss what private investment firms are focused on in the “next normal.” Mr. Rudsenske joined Webster Equity Partners as a Partner in 2020 after a 25-year career as an investment banker to leading middle-market health care service organizations. At Webster, Mr. Rudsenske serves on the Boards of BayMark Health Services and Discovery Behavioral Health. He is also active with InBloom Autism Services. Dr. Gelber joined Centerbridge in 2018 and focuses on investments in the health care sector. Prior to joining Centerbridge, he was a Partner at Pamplona Capital, a private equity firm, leading the health care investing vertical. Prior to Pamplona Capital, Dr. Gelber was an Executive Director in the Healthcare Investment Banking Division at Morgan Stanley. He completed his medical degree, summa cum laude, at Jefferson Medical College.
