On February 1, 2025, the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) implemented the new Statewide Medicaid Managed Care 3.0 (SMMC 3.0) program. Key changes of SMMC 3.0 include moving behavior analysis (BA) services for youth under age 21 from fee-for-service to managed care and expanding an existing behavior;health/supportive;housing pilot to new;regions.

The BA services provided for youth under Florida Medicaid will be moved to nine managed medical assistance (MMA) plans: Aetna;Better Health, Children’s Medical Services, Community Care Plan, Florida Community Care, Humana, Molina Healthcare . . .
