Casey Bell has been with OPEN MINDS since 2001 and has served in a variety of functional areas throughout her tenure. Ms. Bell has developed expertise in website design, development, and maintenance, learning community design and management and new service line development, including intellectual property management, analytics, reporting, and database management.

Currently, Ms. Bell serves as OPEN MINDS Chief Operating Officer and is instrumental across all OPEN MINDS departments. In addition to overseeing the company’s finance, technology, and human resources divisions, she is also an executive member of the company’s management consulting practice, serving as a subject matter expert in the areas of market research design, web site design and launch, content development and strategy, in addition to Microsoft Access and SQL Server and Linux server management.

As COO, Ms. Bell is responsible for the development and management of OPEN MINDS Circle Market Intelligence Service – an award-winning, web-based publishing division with national readership base exceeding 150,000 industry professionals. She has led the development and management of multiple on-line communities and learning communities. Ms. Bell also oversees the management of OPEN MINDS executive education programs leading speaker acquisition, content curation, and marketing and awareness plans for the national events. She also oversees the company’s design of market research initiatives including several national provider surveys and health plan surveys, from data collection to survey design, to the analysis of results.

In previous roles, Ms. Bell has overseen the company’s customer outreach and retention plans, including design for the company’s members-only web site, coordinating the electronic distribution of the company’s e-publications, and providing technical support to customers. She also led the conversion of the 30-year print archive thru a digital transformation to its current searchable online archive. She has also led the OPEN MINDS sales team and provided oversight and design for the company’s annual publications.

Ms. Bell is a Gettysburg native and studied accounting at Messiah College.
