Inclusivity As Talent Strategy
Executive teams face two parallel and related challenges. First, the average turnover rate hovers at 31% and 43% for health professionals and direct support professionals, respectively. This turnover is tied to two groups: Those who are entering retirement and people who decide to leave (see HRSA 2030 report).
The second challenge: There aren't enough behavioral health and direct support professionals overall.
