A Third Of Consumers Would Switch Their Health Care Provider Organizations To Have A Better Digital Experience
About 35% of health care consumers said they would be willing to switch to a different health care professional to have a better digital health experience of care. Consumers reported three key causes of dissatisfaction with health technologies: poor communication from provider organizations (52%), difficulty booking appointments (42%), and lack of personalized care (40%). Over half (52%) of U.S. consumers said adding more technology would improve their experience.
