Oss, Chief Executive Officer; Kimberly Bond, Executive Vice President; and Sharon Hicks, Senior Associate—OPEN MINDS led an education and discussion session on the impact of the pandemic on health and human services for Jefferson Parish Human Services Authority (JPHSA). The session attendees were mental health and addiction treatment provider organization managers and clinical professionals in Jefferson Parish, including clinical professionals who work for public service agencies, the school board and local provider organizations, as well as students in training.
