This presentation took place at The 2023;OPEN MINDS Executive Leadership Retreat. Attendees heard from Stuart Buttlaire, Ph.D., MBA, Regional Director Of Behavioral Health & Addiction Medicine, Kaiser Permanente. Dr. Buttlaire discussed best practices for building a strong culture in a clinical setting and some practical steps that can be taken to implement these. In addition, they looked at the future of the health care workforce in the time of tech enabled care and value based reimbursement and discuss what the issues for the staff of the future may be.
