August 13, 2001 PHC, Inc Reports 35 Percent  Increase in Inpatient Census for First Month of New Fiscal Year On August 8, 2001, PHC, Inc. Pioneer Behavioral Health announced that all company-owned inpatient centers reported a 35 percent increase in census for the first month of fiscal 2002, as compared to 2001.  The 35 percent increase was not seen at each facility, but is aggregate, explained Bruce A.
