Washington Medicaid Moving To Integrated Care

The Washington Health Care Authority (HCA) recently issued two requests for proposals (RFPs) that will effectively move the state Medicaid plan to integrated care, and end the state's Medicaid behavioral health carve-out by 2020. On February 15, 2018, HCA released RFP 2567 for a new model of Medicaid integrated managed care (IMC) in Pierce County.
