Delaware Behavioral Health Consortium Proposes Plan To Improve Addiction & Mental Health Services
On May 14, 2018, the Delaware Behavioral Health Consortium formed by the state in August 2017, released its "Three-Year Action Plan" that provides a roadmap for the state to improve addiction and mental health services. The recommendations address access and treatment issues, reducing stigma, corrections and law enforcement approaches to offenders with behavioral health disorders, data and policy, education and prevention strategies, and family and community readiness.
