Half Of New Jersey Residents With Alzheimer’s Disease Do Not Receive Referrals To Support Services
Just 54% of New Jersey residents with Alzheimer's disease, or another form of dementia, receive referrals to support services to assist that individual, and their caregivers, with the condition. Those aged 35 to 54 are the most likely to receive these referrals (63%) than those aged 18 to 34 (43%) or 55 and older (49%).
