CVS To Expand HealthHUB® Format To 1,500 Stores Nationwide By 2021
On June 4, 2019, CVS Health (CVS) announced plans to transform 1,500 of its retail pharmacy locations into HealthHUB® locations by 2021. The HealthHUB locations dedicate at least 20% of the store floor space to concierge health services including urgent care and wellness services; and medical equipment and supplies.
Since January 2019, CVS Health has been has been piloting three HealthHUB locations in Houston. During 2019, CVS plans to expand its hubs in four markets, with nationwide coverage by 2021.
