Third Sector Awarded $2 Million From The James Irvine Foundation To Advance California Workforce Outcomes

On July 31, 2019, Third Sector Capital Partners, Inc. (Third Sector) announced it was awarded a $2 million grant from The James Irvine Foundation to advance workforce outcomes in California through the creation of the Better Careers Design Group. The Better Careers Design Group is a project that will bring together community-based organizations and government agencies in California to design solutions for the most challenging issues in the workforce development system to create better outcomes for the job-seeking population.
