Hawaii Medicaid Rebids QUEST Integrated Managed Care Contracts
On August 26, 2019, the State of Hawaii Department of Human Services (DHS) released a request for proposals (RFP–MQD–2019-002) to rebid its QUEST Medicaid managed care organization (MCO) contracts. The MCOs will provide integrated medical, behavioral health, and long-term services and supports in a fully risk-based managed care environment to people eligible for Medicaid and the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP).
