Being Agile & Thinking Ahead—At The Same Time—To Navigate The Pandemic Crisis

As we wrap up yet another week of navigating the challenges of the pandemic emergency, I'm amazed at the great work being done by the management teams of health and human service organizations. On one hand, these leaders are still simply shooting to get through the day (although, it’s getting harder to remember what day it actually is).
