Qualifacts Merges With Credible Behavioral Health
On August 24, 2020, Qualifacts and Credible Behavioral Health announced a merger. Both companies provide electronic health records (EHRs) and practice management software for behavioral health and human service provider organizations. The merger closed on August 21, 2020. David Klements, chief executive officer (CEO) of Qualifacts, will lead the combined company as CEO, and Credible’s CEO Matthew Dorman will serve as a strategic advisor and an active, significant shareholder in the combined company.
