Do You Love What You Do?

I don’t know about you, but I’m tired. It’s been a long six months. What I, as a leader, thought was a sprint is turning out to be a marathon. It appears there are at least six months to go until we see a substantial end to the pandemic crisis period. And, then there is the rebuilding beyond. Looking ahead makes me tired.

This is a tough time for managers of every type of organization. I see the stress and strain on executives in the health and human service organization in my work at OPEN MINDS. But . . .
