Lucas County, Ohio, Planning New 23-Hour Mental Health Observation Unit; RFP Released

The Mental Health and Recovery Services Board (MHRSB) of Lucas County, Ohio, is planning to create a new 23-hour psychiatric urgent care and observational unit as part of the county’s continuum of care. The new Crisis, Access, Recovery, and Engagement (C.A.R.E.)
