New York Launches Online ‘Find Services’ Tool Connecting Residents With Social Programs
The state of New York has launched an online "Find Services" tool developed through a public-private partnership with Google. "Find Services" went live on November 16, 2020. The tool is intended to help state residents find resources for food, housing, and coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19)-related resources. The goal of the user-friendly social services discovery application is to assist those who are either new to or unfamiliar with the state's social programs network.
