COVID-19 Relief Provides $100 Million For Elder Justice Programs & $175 Million For Senior Nutrition Programs
In the $2.3 trillion coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) relief bill signed on December 27, 2020, the Administration for Community Living (ACL) was allocated $100 million to strengthen elder justice programs. The bill provided an additional $175 million for senior nutrition programs to help states and tribes deliver additional meals to older adults.
