Massachusetts DCF Is Creating A Congregate Care Network For Children
The Massachusetts Department of Children and Families (DCF) is creating a congregate care network for children, adolescents, and young adults with moderate to severe behavioral health disorders who need intermediate-term stabilization services. On February 16, 2021, DCF released the request for response (RFR BD-21-1034-0009-DSS09-58737) seeking responses from congregate care provider organizations. Proposals are due by April 12, 2021. Responses received after the due date will be reviewed on a quarterly basis if the state is notified about the late submission.
