New York Awards $50.7 Million To Enhance Regional Addiction Treatment Continuum Of Care
On March 10, 2021, New York Governor Andrew M. Cuomo awarded $50.7 million to expand access to addiction treatment services. The funding is part of the State Opioid Response (SOR) federally supported grant administered by the New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS). The majority of this funding was awarded to provider organizations participating in regional networks designed to support a continuum of care that includes prevention, treatment, and recovery.
