Cuyahoga County, Ohio To Launch Jail Diversion Center For Behavioral Health Treatment
Cuyahoga County and the Alcohol, Drug Addiction and Mental Health Services (ADAMHS) Board are opening a pre-arrest diversion center that will provide addiction or mental health treatment as an alternative to incarceration for people accused of non-violent crimes. It is the first program of its type in the state.
