This open letter was published by The Health System Owned Specialty Pharmacy Alliance (HOSP), Inc.'s Board of Directors on February 2, 2021. The open letter, addressed to health systems and other network providers of specialty pharmacy consumer care, proposes three actions that should be taken by the industry to improve consumer care and outcomes, including establishing performance benchmarks, supporting open access for patients, and implementing processes that foster health equity.
