Centerstone In Indiana Receives HRSA Designation As Federally Qualified Health Center Look-Alike
The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) designated Centerstone Health Services in Indiana as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) Look-Alike effective January 1, 2021. Founded in 2019, Centerstone Health Services is an independent non-profit health care provider organization formed by behavioral health provider organization Centerstone to focus on consumer physical health. Centerstone Health Services now provides primary care and integrated behavioral health services in Connersville and Bloomington, Indiana.
