On May 21, 2021, the City of Philadelphia Department of Human Services (DHS) released a request for proposals (RFP 21210519092415) seeking one or more contractors to provide short-term group home care (GHC) for low-risk to high-need adolescents ages 13 to 21. Proposals were due by June 11, 2021. The services are for the DHS Division of Child Welfare Operations. Currently DHS contracts with 16 provider organizations to deliver GHC services.
