Unite Us Acquires Analytics Company Carrot Health

Unite Us, a care coordination company focused on social determinants of health, acquired Carrot Health, an analytics company focused on removing barriers to health. Financial terms were not disclosed. The combined company will focus on identifying and directing individuals to a network of community-based organizations. Milbank LLC acted as legal advisor for Unite Us.  TripleTree, LLC acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Carrot Health for this transaction.
