Humana To Pilot Curant Health Program To Increase Medication Adherence Among Members With Complex Chronic Conditions

On September 8, 2021, Curant Health and Humana launched a pilot program to increase medication adherence among Humana members with complex, chronic conditions. The pilot will focus on Humana members with chronic heart failure and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Curant Health will provide services to improve medication adherence and reduce adverse drug reactions. The goal is to help decrease hospital admissions, and to improve the overall member experience.
