Only 68% of leaders believe their organization is good at developing strategy. And when it comes to strategy implementation, only 44% of executives believe their organization can do that well. That’s no surprise considering that 95% of employees do not understand their organization’s strategy—and that only 42% of managers and 27% of employees get access to the strategic plan (see 94 Mind-Blowing Strategy Execution Stats). Most leaders aren’t leveraging their teams to make strategy a reality.
