Minnesota Medicaid Awards Managed Care Contracts Valued At $3.9 Billion To Blue Plus, HealthPartners, Hennepin Health, Medica, UCare & UnitedHealthcare
On November 1, 2021, the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) awarded Medicaid managed care and MinnesotaCare contracts valued at $3.87 billion for the Twin Cities metro area to non-profit Blue Plus, HealthPartners, Hennepin Health, Medica, UCare, and to for-profit UnitedHealthcare.
