On November 22, 2021, NY State of Health, New York’s official health plan Marketplace, launched a new pilot program with Carina Care called NY State of Health, “Care at Home” to help residents find private pay home care services. Under a sole source $5.1 million, three-year contract, Carina Care is providing a technology platform to match and connect residents of Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties with home care professionals from licensed home care services agencies (LHCSAs).
